This agreement will make it possible to complete the legal issue in judicial matters between both countries. This document is an instrument that will deepen the already intense cooperation, establishing that the sentence that applies a security measure can be executed in the State of which the persons are national. Both parties undertake to provide each other with the broadest cooperation in this field.
